Low Diagnostic Fee

Diagnostic labor is the time an Appliantologist spends finding the Issue with your appliance. This can include many different forms of testing to locate the source of your concern and analyze how to repair it. Our Appliantologists are constantly updating their training for new technology.
If parts are needed, a quote will be built, and you will receive a call from our office staff to get your approval for the repair.

FAQ

Do you service appliances that I purchased somewhere else?

Yes, we service most major brands, and we are warranty authorized for many of them.

If you do not have what I want, can you order it?

Yes, as long as it is a brand that we sell, and the item is still in production.

Why is my dryer not heating up?

Most of the time, the issue is that the dryer vent is stopped up. You need to make sure that your dryer is not pushed up too close to the wall and pinching your dryer vent hose. Also, you need to make sure that you have an exhaust guard on the outside of your house, so that small animals can't enter your dryer from outside.

When do I need a new electrical cord for my dryer?

We recommend that you change the electrical cord every time you purchase a new dryer.

When should I replace my washer supply hoses?

If you have rubber hoses, they should be replaced every three years. Stainless hoses are MUCH more reliable and recommended.

Should I get a front-load or top-load washer?

A front load washer uses less water, but can smell and needs to be cleaned more often. A top load washer uses more water, but is easier to clean. Use of a washing machine cleaner is recommended on a monthly basis.

Do you install appliances?

Yes! We try our best to keep it reasonable. We offer free installation for our service men & women.

How long does it take for special orders to come in?

Each brand has different delivery times. Typically, we get products within 3-10 business days.

My washer is having problems. What could be causing them?

If your washer is not filling with water, make sure that your water valve is open. If it is not draining, then there could be bobby pins, razor blades, marbles, silica gel packs, or coins in your pump! Make sure that none of these items in your washing machine before starting any load!

Do you remove old appliances?

Yes. Your old appliance will be removed when we install the new one.

Why is my refrigerator not cooling?

Often, it could be because you have too much food in your refrigerator! When there is too much food, the air can't circulate, and the vents inside the refrigerator or freezer get covered up.
